Marine algae should be a basic component of our modern diet because of their high nutrient content. They are natural suppliers of mineral salts and trace elements, essential amino acids, vitamins and fibre. Algamar selects the algae in the cleanest waters of the Atlantic coast and dries them gently at low temperatures (<42%).
The algae are harvested sustainably at previously defined, clean bays on the Galician coast.
