Dosage: For a light binding: 3 g (approx. 1 str. TL) Biovegan guar gum to 250 ml for e.g. sauces or soups. 5 g (approx. 2 tsp.) Biovegan guar gum to 250 ml for e.g. ice cream, mayonnaise, creams or desserts. For bakery products: Add 2 - 3 g (approx. 1 tsp) per 1 kg flour.
