These are based on rice or corn flour and are partly supplemented with other gluten-free flour varieties. For example, buckwheat flour, chestnut flour or quinoa flour. In addition, the airy slices do not contain fats, aromas or animal ingredients, so all products are vegan.

The flower bread is a French product from EKIBIO. It is produced in France under strict control from high-quality organic raw materials. All varieties are vegan, gluten-free (<20 ppm) and kosher. Ekibio's philosophy also includes processing floral breads without yeast, eggs, fats, dairy products, nuts and aromatic substances. Flower bread is light and crispy and is an important source of fibre, magnesium and iron.
