I did not receive a confirmation e-mail for my order

We send you a confirmation e-mail for every order. In case you have not received this, please check the Junk/Spam folder of your registered e-mail account. You can also access your orders and get all necessary details here

What is the minimum order amount?

We have a minimum order amount of 25€. This is due to the cost for storage, packing & shipping the products.

How do I return a Product?

You can start the return process in My Account -- My Returns. Here you can also print out your Return Lable.

How long can I return a product for?

What does POA mean?

POA stands for “Period after Opening” and shows the useful lifetime of a product after it has been opened for the first time.

Is my information safe?

Yes, your information is safe with us. All the traffic on our webpage goes through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and our payment processor complies to the PCI-DSSstandard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). In addition we are not saving any of your credit card or bank account data.

What is the validity period of a gift card?

All gift cards are valid for 3 year from the date of purchase.

What happens when my order value exceeds the gift card value?

When your order value exceeds the gift card value, you will need to pay the balance by one of the accepted payment methods.

Risk of Loss

In case of loss of the gift card you can print it out again in your My Account -->Gift Card. There you can also send it out to your friend again.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Germany normally takes 1-3 working days. International shipping times are 5-9 days depending on the selected country.

Who do you ship with?

We ship with DHL Go Green in Germany and use UPS for international shipping.
