With much manual work the zwieback is baked after an old house recipe. The yeast used is 100% organic, the remaining ingredients are Demeter quality. The wheat comes from local farmers in southern Germany. There the production takes place in a small handicraft working enterprise free of palm oil, flavours as well as unnecessary auxiliary materials and additives.
